Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
1 pork tenderloin roast
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp opinion salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp dried thyme
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat your oven the oven to 350ºF. And stir all of the herbs and spices together in a small bowl.
  2. Place the pork tenderloin roast on a baking sheet. Poke holes into your loin on all sides with a fork. Cover the roast with the spiced rub mix and use your hands to massage lightly into the tenderloin.
  3. Place in a baking dish and roast for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 145ªF. Remove from the oven, cover with tin foil and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice and serve with any reserved juices.
